We have a complete line of pastas available, which are prepared with the whites of farm fresh eggs and whole wheat durum and semolina flours. Choose from a variety of shapes and flavors. We offer fettuccine, linguine, capelli d'angelo, fusilli, and farfalle. With a pre-order (at minimum of a pound), we can also prepare sheets of fresh pasta for your personal preparation of lasagne, pappardelle, etc at home.

 

Please note, fresh homemade potato gnocchi are available in our frozen case. Homemade mostaccioli are available in our refrigerated case.
